If (when) we ever go back to Rome we will be staying here again. The rooms were spacious, for European hotel rooms, new, clean and comfy. The front desk was always very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to eat before we headed out. The train station was a 5 minute walk, we felt like we were close to everything we wanted to see and overall it was just a great stay!! I would highly suggest booking your rooms here when traveling to Rome.

I highly recommend this place. We plan to stay here again and will definitely recommend IQ Hotel to our family & friends. All the IQ Hotel staff made us feel welcome and went out of they way to help us in any way we needed help, recommending a good restaurant, calling and reserving a shuttle, etc. IQ is not only centrally located but has absolutely everything we needed and more. The hotel was perfect for us. They provide us with great service, wonderful, big and very clean room, snacks and new water bottles every day, a rich breakfast and great gym, in the center of Rome, for us the location was perfect. we will come back to this hotel for sure!

This hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly. The room was small but I didn’t need a big room because I was alwasys out . The beds are super comfortable and I loved the decor simple but chic . The location is good as well close to Metro and buses also the train station. I recommend this hotel for sure . They also have breakfast and it’s very reasonable also the rooftop restaurant is fantastic and the owner is an amazing person very friendly and caring!

Before our trip I kept going back and looking at other options, checking reviews and just double checking that this was indeed where we wanted to start our Italy adventure. I though that surely the reviews must not be true, it couldn’t be that good…. Well it WAS and it IS that good! IQ Roma was everything it promised and more! The location was great - it was right in the middle of everything and there are great little restaurants all around the hotel. The staff… I can’t say enough about every person working there! They are all so kind and accommodating! The breakfast… omg the breakfast is perfection. So delicious. They would even let us bring a tray to our sleeping teenager! The room was adequately sized and appointed, the bed was comfy and the tub was just what a 50yo mom needed after walking 20k steps in a day! I would not only stay here again, but I will tell everyone who asks how great it is!…

We recently visited Rome, Italy for 6 days and stayed at the IQ Roma. The hotel is conveniently located by Rome’s main train station Termini Station. It is also near another local station giving you options when traveling locally. The hotel is also next to a small grocery store, restaurants and attractions which was also great. We were welcomed by a native NJ receptionist which was nice. She offered great advice for eating and was super helpful with cab calls. The male receptionist working on Friday around 5pm was rude. I asked for a cab to the Scala Santa and he stated it would take 7 minutes. The 7 minutes came and went by no cab, when I asked about the cab he appeared annoyed. I decided to leave and got my own cab on the street. He was the only rude employee at the IQ. There is a restaurant/ bar located upstairs. The bartenders were super nice and made great drinks! We did not eat food from the hotel so we cannot speak on the food. The rooms are super small if you are traveling with children, big people, or lots of luggage. I'm not sure if this hotel should be your first choice. The mattress is on the firm side and the shower is small. The lights are also powered by your room key, so make sure you don't lose the key. That was strange and also inconvenient if the 2nd key got misplaced. There was also a weird smell in the room every morning. The smell would be gone by the time we arrived in the evenings. The hotel is safe and does offer things most EU hotels do not, such as a sauna, laundry, shower for early arrival and luggage accommodations which is pretty awesome. They also give you coupons for food and drinks at the bar upstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a single traveler or a couple traveling for a couple days. I don't know if i could stay here past 4 days due to space being super limited. …

The IQ Roma is a gem of a hotel in the eternal city of Rome. The hotel is located next to the Opera house and within 5 minutes of the train station. This is a very central area. From the moment we walked in the staff was very delightful and helpful with everything. Check in was very thorough and they did an excellent job making the hotel feel like home. It is not a large hotel which is great. The room (triple room) was really nice and had plenty of space. The bathroom was larger than expected. I really liked the security doors in the hotel which closed at a certain time. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff was preparing everything early and it was a very side selection of choices. The have a small workout area but it is very usable and the 5th floor restaurant and bar was also a great place to wind down in the evenings. We really liked this area around the hotel. Every restaurant we ate in was great and reasonably priced. There is also a small grocery around the corner which helped with getting some items. From the hotels location, we were able to walk to all main sites within 15 minutes. We only took a taxi to Vatican City but did end up walking through Rome on the way back to the hotel. Again, I would definitely stay at the IQ Roma again and highly recommend it. …

From arrival we could not fault anything with our stay, reception staff were friendly & helpful, our room was ready despite usarriving 2 hours before check in. We we’re really lucky to have a balcony on 4th floor overlooking the opera house. The thought that has gone into the place if brilliant, from the gym & sauna (both free of charge), the vending machines with everything you could possibly need, laundry room with full facilities, rooftop terrace with hot tub & a beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast was delicious with so much choose everyday, there was something for everyone. The whole place was spotless & every member of staff was fantastic. Would highly recommend for facilities, great location & fab staff.

Everything was great! A bigger room that the one reserved was given to us. Pillows, matresses, cleaning, decoration, everything was just in place. The breakfast was also exceptional and full of choices. Above all we liked the smile and the warm welcome of the people in the reception. Thank you guys! We will definetely come back!

The location is quite convenient, the front desk staff are very friendly, and everything was clean. The biggest con is the size of the room, but for the price it's not a complaint, it's just a con. The shower I found particularly small, and if someone is overweight, it would have to be somewhat of a squeeze. There is a vending machine that sells beer and wine on the 5th floor, that is something I've never seen before. And the onsite restaurant was decent - it was handy to have the first night as we had a good 20 hours of travel to get there. Would stay again without question - it gets a 4 because it is in fact very good.
