First of all it cost us €45 for a taxi from the airport to the actual hotel, then as soon as we got there we had to pay an extra €4 euro per night because of tax? which ended up being another €40 before the holiday had even started, i think it's rediculous them costing us €40 on top of...

Good morning and thank you for your review, we want to clarify that we have no relations with the taxi service it nor with the municipal tax due by law in Italy and independent from the hotel cost. Breakfast is rich sweet and salty passing through the fruit and the coffee shop, the oraio is clear and repeated several times...

Room was ok, nice and clean even though the hand soap was oily! Staff not really polite. The location quite far from the metro station and the shuttle bus timesheet was ridiculous! In my opinion you'll need to rent a car to be comfortable in that place

Good morning and thank you for your review. the rooms and bathrooms of the standard double rooms are the measures required by law, we also have superior and deluxe rooms with a lot more large sizes but at a higher cost! as regards the neighbors we can intervene on customer signaling. thank you

We had a triple room with one double bed and a single one instead of a double bed., and that decreased the space in the room. What I liked the most was the terrace on the first floor with direct connection from the room. The furniture was modern and comfortable and the bathroom had quality plumbing. The hall and the...

This hotel is flawless, minus not having a huge bar to purchase midnight snacks I honestly can't complain. The staff were so polite and the room was cleaned spotless every day! The hotel does take a slight hill to reach but it's quiet and you can admire the beauty that is Rome. Will be coming back to this exact hotel...

We have just checked out from this hotel and I thought I would write this review. We decided to book this hotel as it was really cheap and for 3 night stay with breakfast included sounded like a good deal. Prior of booking the room I did a little research and we didn't mind staying a little further out. The...

Stayed here while visiting Rome with my partner. The hotel states it's close to Battastini metro station (last stop on the A line) We got a taxi to the hotel from the metro station and it took around 5 minutes but cost €9!! The hotel offers a free shuttle throughout the day but if the times don't suit walking takes...

Came here with my partner for his birthday. Lovely hotel although bit secluded and you have to go down a couple dingey and graffitied streets if you're going by foot we went by foot sometimes and taxi other times). Is not near any shops. The hotel itself is lovely so if you're going via car or bike it's perfect. The...

Its very good hotel just about 10 minute walk from the nearby metro station but the hotel offer free shuttle bus which can take you to the metro station in morning and bringing you back in the evening, room was small but nice and clean. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. Good wifi.
