I´m not much of a reviewer, but could not let pass the opportunity to tell how blessed I was to have found this place. It truly was what people use to call home away from home. Luca is the best host one could ever imagine. Very kind, gentle and beyond any expectations, was waiting for me upon my arrival, despite...

Luca, the charming host, adds so much to your stay. Tour guide and restaurant recommendations were so appreciated. Also, greeting us outside to handle the luggage through our last waves goodbye, he was the best! The location is very enjoyable. Within walking distance to the Vatican and a friendly neighborhood. We felt part of the community as we walked around...

We have just returned from a week in Rome staying with Luca at his b&b, we can't recommend this place enough! Location was perfect close enough to walk to most of Romes attractions, the Spanish steps, trevi fountain, the pantheon, the Vatican just to name a few. The Prati district is safe and has high police presence so it feels safe enough to...

We had a fantastic stay here for our first time in Rome. This B&B is in a great location and the room was very nice! Luca made sure we had everything that we needed and knew where we were going as well as booked Vatican tickets for us. Thank you so much Luca! I can't wait to come back!! <3

This was our second stay at this excellent hotel. Luca is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He arranged taxi transfers from the airport and was waiting to greet us when we arrived. This time Luca gave us a phone to use during our stay, with free internet connection, free international calls and texts and other really useful features like info...

Even before arriving in Rome, contact with Luca was very friendly and easy. He arranged a transfer from the airport for us and when we finally met him, it was like meeting an old friend. His English is perfect and he went out of his way to make us feel at home at once. Starting from insider tips of what...

B&B is in the perfect location close to Castel Sant'Angelo and on the edge of the Vatican walls. It is a short walk to Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums. We loved our stay in Rome and it was made even better by our tremendous host Luca. Luca made us feel abundantly welcome and offered as much help as...

The room had everything we needed and Luca, the owner, was probably the most helpful owner/employee we met on our 2 week Europe vacation. The location is great too, it is walking distance to anywhere you really need to go in Rome.

Our stay was just fantastic. Can't say enough about how we were treated, the facility, the location, and the top notch service from Luca and his staff. We arrived early in the morning from a 2 week cruise, and had a full day tour ahead of us. Luca took our luggage, gave us the keys, and said:" I'll see you...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“Make use of the free mobile phone service. This had many useful items of information as well as acting as a local hotspot for internet access both in the apartments as well as when out and about. It included free phone calls (incoming and outgoing) but also a direct 24hr concierge call facility (Luca).”
