We stayed there for three days and only have good words. The location is perfect, walking distance to the best parts of Rome. Having breakfast (included) right opposite the Coliseum is priceless. The manager Andrea and all the guys working in both the bar and B&B are really nice and helpful. It's a family feeling as soon as you go...

I went to first floor one week ago. When i saw the room i felt to be a VIP. the room was amazing: comfortable, clean and romantic atmosphere. Andrea (the receptionist) was so kind and available in everything. And the breakfast was so lovely on the coming out down stairs. Nothing to reclaim!! It was not the same to visit...

Everything from the price to the hospitality was Wonderful. Very close to the Colosseum, train station, and my family's favorite Gelato shop. Andrea and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. First time visiting Rome and had a great time and 2nd Floor was a part of that. FYI Room came with a personal safe and an espresso machine.

This well priced hotel is a fine place to stay for a few nights at a stone's throw from the colosseum. If you are a LGBT traveller I would suggest to look no further unless you are looking for a luxurious hotel to stay in. This property fulfilled our needs which was a clean place, with a good bed and...

From the very moment I arrived, Andrea and his staff were very welcoming and obliging. The room (SAFFO) was spacious with a little balcony off the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (complete with bidet) was heated and perfectly set out. The rooms were very quirky and stylish, well appointed and air-conditioned. Breakfast was served downstairs in...

Had a wonderful stay at this incredibly friendly and quaint hotel. Our room was nicely appointed, had a beautiful bathroom and a comfy king size bed. The location is right across the street from the colosseum and a short walk to the train stop. The staff is great and I would absolutely stay again! The restaurant downstairs is quite good....

I returned recently from a 2-week stay here in January 2016, where I experienced excellent hospitality. From Andrea to the kind gentlemen at the 1st Floor bar/restaurant downstairs, I was made to feel welcomed and treated with great kindness and warmth. I was busy with a group of college students during the day, so I very much appreciated having an...

Excellent hotel. Clean and large rooms. Staff could not be more friendly. Location is perfect. The bathrooms are large and heated. The bed was firm and comfortable. Only downside was the little expresso machine which uses pods charged at 2 euro each. Would have preferred a kettle. We will be back soon.

I stayed here back in September with my husband, The hotel is nice and small, nothing fancy but really clean rooms and to my surprise very modern. Not only was the hotel really nice, but the staff was outstanding, they treated us like family, specially Andrea the Hotel Manager and Oscar at the bar. If you are considering this hotel,...
