Astonishing place in the city of Rome. Our first time in Italy and we couldn't be more lucky. A very professional stuff gave us good advise and information and we felt very safe and spoiled. The room was like staying in a 5 star hotel. The best icecream in town right around the corner.

We had all the information and advices since the check-in which made our staying in Rome perfect. Breakfast is served in a local bar outside the bulding (which is old and probably historical), italian essential with very fresh and good...

Small boutique hotel in a very strategic area of the city centre. Walking distance from Via Nazionale and pretty close to Spanish Steps and the shopping district. Watch the pickpockets while in Rome! Thanks to the stuff who gave us good advise. Manager very charming.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

“You can hear the hallway noise from your room. Most of the time this was a non-issue as the other patrons were rarely loud. If you're sensitive request a room toward the back of the hallway.”

“Room 404 is set back from the hallway, separated by the length of the bathroom, whereas the other rooms are right on the corridor, so if you want a little bit more privacy or are sensitive to noise, this is probably the best room.”
