Really bad customer service, no power in the Hotel for more than 15 hours, in a hot weave, the manager didn't care about the situation. When we asked for a relocation they said yes but with an extra charge of €100, breakfast its in another building on the 5th floor, and I the mornings the lift its always broken

My stay in the hotel started very bad, I was supposed to stay 3 nights and I stay 1 They promote the hotel as a hotel but in fact is a bed and breakfast so when you arrive to the address you are complete lost as it doesn't have a sign When we arrived nobody told us which floor to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend. We had an absolutely huge room with a safe and en suite bathroom. Front facing room, and heard none of the noise which people have mentioned on here. Air conditioning in room very effective. Staff were no where to be seen, but we were told if we wanted anything to call reception... More

Paid a little extra for a "Superior Room" we had a queen sized bed, TV, coffee station and a lovely bathroom. Fantastic location, round the corner from a lot of really nice restaurants and a fantastic ice cream parlour. Breakfast was in a different building a 5 minute walkaway, which was unexpected, but not a problem. The breakfast was a... More

We spent 5 lovely nights in this place. It is in a great area close to all main attractions. The room was really large and newly decorated. Very quiet. Like home from home. The rooms had a modern shower with 2 shower heads, safe and lockable wardrobes. It was a real find for us. This is really not a hotel... More

i come reguralrly to Rome for business and always choose some new place to sleep. This place is very good located close to Navona quare. This old house has also an elevator, that is very unusual in the centre of Rome. Rooms are deorated in an old style and they are very nice, even if my room was quite small.... More

Average rating is due to street noise - inside rooms are quieter. There is a night club across the small street that doesn't not open till 9pm or so and plays very loud Euro techno pop. Stays open till 2am on weekdays, 4am on weeknights. The patrons stand in the street to smoke and laugh. You get to hear everyone... More

We cannot begin to let you know about all the challenges there, we made a terrible mistake, please do not make our same mistake. Fantastic pictures of someone's room on the internet, definitely not ours, staff... what staff, location, yes close to Plaza Navonna and some very nice little restaurants. This is not a Four Star Hotel

Dear Ms H&V, We really apologize for the inconvenience occurred to you. Concerning the housemaid in charge at Navona Governo Vecchio, it was is second day working, so we suppose he was not accustomed to tidy up the rooms. We booked this at the very last minute and it was the perfect location for seeing Rome - a few minutes from Piazza Navona and about 5 minutes to the Pantheon. The staff were great and kindly let us leave our bags several hours prior to checking in so we could explore. Our room was certainly eclectic, on the second... More

We stayed in this little hotel in September 2013. It's just a few rooms on the 5th floor (with brand new elevator) of an apartment building. There is essentially no sign and the rest of the building is just apartments. You won't really get much for interaction with hotel staff, so that can be a little tricky, but what little... More
