My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the end of November before a cruise. The first thing is that the location is fantastic. You are just off Via Condotti and about 100 metres from the Spanish Steps. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff who spoke very good English. A nice touch was a bottle...

We stayed a couple of nights before a cruise. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Spanish Steps area with lots of restaurants nearby, as well as designer stores. A great base for exploring the ancient city. The rooms are compact and bijou and are reached by climbing stairs - no elevator, even for your luggage. The...

I have been to Rome before and never have I experienced the city like I did while staying at Les Fleurs Luxury House. The location can't be beat. You are surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shopping (don't miss Restaurant 34 just down the street) and are within walking distance to many of the major sights. The hotel staff was magnificent,...

Les Fleurs has it all. Located off the best shopping street in Rome, a stones throw from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by lovely places to eat. The rooms are gorgeous, generous in size and very quiet. Service here is exceptional - the team couldn't do enough to ensure you were well looked after in the hotel. They gave great...

A very special thank you to Elisa, Gianfranco and Eric for making our stay so great. We appreciate all of your efforts in assisting us with our lost baggage (Alitalia - arrrggggh!). Les Fleurs is perfectly located just round corner from Spanish Steps and just one block from Nino, an amazing restaurant! The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and...

My daughter and I stayed for a week in mid-May and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and service. Cappuccinos delivered to our room each morning! Extensive and delicious breakfast options -- including made-to-order eggs -- served at a cozy buffet followed our in-room coffees. Eric and the entire staff were friendly and helped us with train reservations...

Great little secret located at the best location in Rome. We booked it based on TripAdvisor research. The owners of this establishment bought a small apartment building in one of Rome's most exclusive neighborhoods and converted it into an A class Boutique hotel. 5 suites only, all top of the line, state of the art Italian style. Delicious Breakfast, fresh...

We booked in to this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary on the strength of its excellent Trip Advisor reviews. The hotel is indeed incredibly well situated at around a 30sec to 1 min walk from the Spanish steps, and the facilities offered are good- prosecco on arrival, fresh fruit in room, jacuzzi in bathroom etc, but I did feel...

If you don't mind walking up and down steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 300 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and Colosseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only...

The location of this hotel is very central and convenient. It is only a block away from the Spanish Steps. We stayed there for two nights and the stay was clean and comfortable. The place was clean and the Jacuzzi was excellent to relax in after walking for the whole day.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
