Beautiful facility but lacks attentiveness of staff except on the Imperial floor. Just not a 5 star property as much of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the restaurant where "attitude" seems to have replaced service and caring for the customer

I booked through Hilton and was not charged until the final day and you go over the bill with them at checkout. I don't remember or saw a deposit charged but they take a credit card ( like all hotels for incidentals).
