Clean, cosy room with balcony. The environment is not very clean, but you only need about 10 minutes to "Vatikan". The Hotel is really nice. Friendly personal and good breakfast. Nice for a short stay, not expenisve and quiet.

We have just got back after a lovely stay in Rome. We booked with Hotel Gravina months in advance because we wanted a view of the Vatican from our balcony and we were not disappointed. We were on the top floor and we also had a terrace that looked out onto the city which was lovely. Fresh linen and bedsheets...

The hotel is in a nice quiet residential area. One can see St. Peter's from almost every balcony. The reception staff is very helpful and I don't understand the complaints here. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, one can hear the A/C if not used to it. Breakfast is lavish for Italian standards, even including scrambled eggs and bacon,...

Hotel was beautiful. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were very clean. We upgraded to a junior suite (was very cheap to do so). The room was a good size and the beds were so comfortable. Just what you need after a day of walking all over the place! We were pretty much at the top of the hotel. Our balcony...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner. It is close to Vatican City but a bit far from town to walk. Rooms are neat. Wifi is ok. Rooftop bar is really nice with good view of st peters. The only down fall is ita location. Staff were nice and explained everything we needed to know.

If you're looking for a hotel with good service, this is the last place you will want to be. We stayed here for 3 nights, and since the first night, there was something wrong with the water supply to the bathrooms, as such, the flush could not work at all, and the shower was scalding hot. My husband had to...

Stayed here for 3 nites and would not recommend it. Staff is rude, noisy room, and room was not clean. A big disappointment. I read the negative reviews after I made my reservation. I learned a lesson.

When I stayed in Gravina San Pietro a few years ago, it was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms cleaned every day, the outside terrace bar was very nice (and open). This experience was really bad - although it's the same reception staff, they were unfriendly and every time we asked something it looked like we were...

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Vatican. And this was the only good thing. Here are the less good things: - the walls are paper-thin so you can hear EVERYTHING around: shower water, people talking and so on - as the above mentioned issue was not enough, the electric fuse box in the room is the...
