The staff is friendly and helpful, the price is fine, the breakfast is acceptable but the hotel is just old and suffers all the problems old hotels suffer. My room was smelly, the carpets were in poor condition, the beds were poor quality and the location (across from a dog yard of some sort) is awful in the evening with...

We were not pleased with the Hotel or Service. This was our second time staying there within 4 years and we will not book this hotel on our return trip next summer. The soap dispenser in the bath had hair from a previous occupant...the pool attendant would not assist me with getting more towels when I discovered there were no...

It’s in the west end of the city in a quiet industrial park setting. The rooms have 2 queen beds which is great for a family with kids. Pool hours are 10 am to 8 pm so if you are in Rome for the day, you will not get to use it. As the buffet breakfast costs €16 per person,...

We were changing planes in Rome and unfortunately had to stay overnight. I looked for a hotel close to the airport since we were not interested in any sightseeing. This hotel provided free roundtrip shuttle and it was fairly close to airport. I believe we paid $167 US Dollars for the room. They would NOT include any breakfast, not even...

We have just returned from a week at the Holiday Inn Rome-Eur Parco Dei Medici. Four of us including two kids who are 8 and 10 years old stayed in a family room. The room is quite big and clean. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed daily. There was one problem with the room, this was a...

Average price and quality. The restaurant is a bit expensive. The hotel is located in the middle of Parco Dei Medici, and there is nothing to see or do in the evening (no shops/restarants/bars/...). It is extremely conveniently located if working with some of the telco companies in the area, so I have stayed there multiple times.

While travelling, you have to make your standard flexible for comparison of hotels. You cannot apply north american standard to european hotels. Else greater disappointment. This Holiday Inn has quite spacious rooms. Bathroom is big and clean although bath tub is narrow. We got it for 99 Euro inclusive of breakfast which was a good deal considering breakfast is charged...

We staryed at this hotel as part of a 10-day tour of Italy with our daughter's high school chorus. Our stay at the Holiday Inn was three nights and I can say that it was uneventful. The rooms were clean if somewhat plain. They servedthe purpose of providing a comfortable place to sleep. A previous reviewer mentioned the sound of...

I spent four nights at this hotel recently and found it one of the worst places I have ever been to for service. I travel extensively with business and stay approx 3 months of the year in hotels. This is the first time I have ever felt moved enough to write a report! Firstly, when I arrived I had to...

We stayed at this hotel for 114 Euros/night waiting for a connecting flight to Libya the following morning after flying from Canada. The shuttle bus was a problem for us (as other reviews stated) but through the kind heart of another driver we and 5 other travellers managed to get to the hotel before the hotel's own shuttle left for...
