Stayed one night in this 3* S hotel in double corner room facing the via del corso, with balcony and windows on both sides. Room very clean and , given its proximity to the main road, very quiet. Service at the hotel was first class. The reception were so welcoming and helpful with all our needs, working in a typically...

The hotel is very central with only about a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and similar to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and about 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast is quite good. Note that they will do hot breakfast for a small additional charge - from memory the scrambled eggs...

Just back from three nights in Rome having stayed at Hotel Regno. One could not ask for a better located hotel, minutes from Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Colosseum. As noted in previous reviews, this is not a fancy hotel but an adequate one. Our superior twin room was located on the fifth floor with balcony facing Via del Corso....

We went with our 13 year old grandson and this was the first time he had had his own room which he was thrilled with. Our room was perfectly adequate but grandson's room did smell a bit of drains. Breakfast was great for him with chocolate cakes etc but for us it was not very exciting. Staff were very helpful...

Yes, this hotel is perfect for its proximity to Roman sites, but the room extended only 6' beyond the bed. We did have a balcony, but it was over the Via dei Corso ... a very busy, noisy street. The bathroom was a joke for big people. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location within walking distance to all the main sights that we wanted to see. Seems every room is different - we were very happy there. It's good comfortable convenient accommodation, not flash but very servicable. Very personalised service.

I have been to this wonderful hotel most Decembers since 1992. The hotel is only a short walk to all the gorgeous sites in the Historic Centre. Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. The managing director of this hotel is a very charming man Massimo Quarta who knows everything about Roma. Roma is a place for wonderful food...

We loved this hotel. Our group was 2 adults and two teenage children. The location was perfect for us. 5 minutes to Trevi or Pantheon. 15-20 to Colosseum. Also close to campo de fiori and Piazza Navona. Bus stop 1 minute away. The staff was terrific, helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, great breakfast, large room with balcony and showers...

I loved this hotel for many reasons. Location is one; when I'm on a city break I enjoy being centrally placed and Hotel Regno is just that! On a busy shopping street with very easy access to many of the main attractions, you walk out of the front door.......and there is Rome in all its glory! The staff were unfailingly...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
