There is no gym at the hotel. But you can coordinate at the hotel lobby with the concierges who will give you the best information, knowing that they can arrange everything for their guest needs.

No. Coffee is offered in the lobby with breakfast if it is included in your rate. Don't waste your time with Nespresso. All the coffee in Italy is incredible!

I stayed there in mid-April and didn’t notice any works/renovations going on. Double windows would be nice though to help block the noise.
