Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural
storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.

Hi - no breakfast isnt included and I don't think there are any laundry facilities - but don't quote me on this. Pretty sure there aren't any rooms with terraces - its pretty tiny - virtually a flat which has been turned into b&b rooms. Try and get one of the rooms with a bathroom as we were a bit fed up with having to walk down the corridor and around the corner to the bathroom - not far - but you risk coming into contact with fellow b&b'ers and you aren't exactly looking your best!!
