The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, very helpful. Really, as good or better as any concierge I've dealt with. If one wanted to, it wouldn't be necessary to eat anywhere else! The breakfast is bountiful with great variety, all day there is coffee, tea and pastries provided, and then at "happy hour" in the evening there is another large... More

The staff were friendly at this hotel and welcoming, but I was not pleased to be in the annex , which was situated along the street from the main hotel. This arrangement made us feel that we were really only renting a room rather than staying in a hotel and enjoying all that it should offer. The beds were not... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently, and after finding the hotel, had to search around for the reception not realising that it was on the 1st floor! Reception staff were very helpful and extremely friendly! We would love to thank Georgia, who is studying to become an interpreter, and genuinely seemed happy to see us every time we... More

Very nice staff who were helpful and accommodating, the hotel itself is in a great location with ample transport and lots of attractions within walking distance including Vatican City and it's reasonably priced (Watch out for the city tax though). I had emailed ahead of time to request we get a nice room as the trip was a bit special... More

Staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Room was small but typical of accommodation in rome. The shower was tiny but good water pressure. Rooms were clean and seen to daily. Location was right near the river, good base for sightseeing in Rome. Minutes from the Vatican City but a bit of a trek to the colosseum. Overall a good stay... More

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

It is set in one of the best districts of the Eternal City and is just few minutes walking from many important touristic attractions, such as Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Basilica and the Spanish Steps. It is suitable for business travels as well since it is really close to Piazza Cavour, the square in which is located the Palace of Justice (called from local people il Palazzaccio). The Hotel is a perfect starting point also for those who want to explore the city centre for shopping: commercial streets such as Via del Corso, Via Condotti and Via Ottaviano are easily reachable on foot in very short time. Our staff will always try to be helpful during your entire stay giving you informations and advices on everything you may need. Feel free to ask them even where to go tasting tipical dishes of Roman and Italian tradition.
