Nice, small place, homelike apartments. Located in a historical building 3 minute walk to Termini train and metro stations. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Breakfast was not too big - italian style, but coffee was great.
Stayed here for four nights and we had a lovely stay!
The beds were great and long! Even long enough for a tall Dutch guy!
It was clean and very neat, the beds were made and the towels were changed after the second night!
This bed & breakfast has a very friendly owner who is also an artist, the rooms are clean, the location is ideal to visit Rome. It is next to the Termini station (only a few minutes). At this stations you can take each bus, metro...More
For the price, this place was acceptable. Nothing fancy. It was clean, super close to Termini (walking distance even w/ heavy luggage - no hills), friendly staff and quiet. Traveled w/ two friends and had a triple room. The beds, though nothing special to look...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
