We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Rome. By we I mean myself and my 12 year old son. I highly recommend this place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast in bed each morning was amazing. Such good food and very generous servings. This place is only 5-10 minutes walk from...

I highly recommend this pensione. Sig. Paulo, who was not only friendly and welcoming, but went out of his way to help us understand how to get around Rome to see what we wanted to see, and made himself available to call if we needed help, even after we left Rome! The building itself used to be an abbey, and...

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. Our hosts were very helpful and provided helpful information. It is within walking distance to many main attractions. It's off a quite street with Sound proof windows to keep out any outside Rome traffic noise. The breakfast was very delicious and was so nice to be served in our room. There...

There is good and bad to this place. The BAD: Hotel is located 20+ minutes (walking) to main attractions. When my husband was in the living room he told me he could hear my entire telephone conversation from the room. :-/ The bathroom is small and the shower had no door (so water would end up on the floor). The...

Instead of repeating all the superlatives written about this place, I second all the 5* reviews. A personal note: Clara and Paolo catered all our special needs very fast and with great care. Thank you very much, Carla and Paolo.

This is an excellent place to stay for a few nights on a city break. Paolo was an excellent host, providing lots of information on the best way to get to the main sites, and plenty of other local knowledge. While the hotel is not located particularly close to the main attractions, it is in the centre of the old...

My two teenage daughters and me stayed there for 5 nights in late August. Everything was perfect. Room with balcony, location, clean rooms-cleaning every day, breakfast in room in whatever time we wanted, free biscuits, coffee and tea throughout the day... And most of all the politeness and effort to help by our hosts, to every single thing we wanted...

I'm so glad I booked this hotel for our pre-wedding trip to Rome. We only stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our large room with a cute balcony. The A/C was powerful which was much appreciated as it was very hot in the city. We loved the added extras of free water, cakes and coffee in the communal area....

This was our first visit to Rome and everyone at Locanda al Viminale made it as wonderful as they could. From being particularly helpful when we had to arrive a bit late, or ensuring we received breakfast when we were leaving very early in the day, everything was wonderful about our stay. We would absolutely book here again.
