Classic dishes perfectly prepared and presented with style and grace by the wonderful and winning Antonella. It was a lovely place to be for my wife and my first night in Rome visiting from Cleveland, Ohio

This is our 3rd visit to this historic, quaint, gem of a hotel!!! Central to all the major sights, lovely accommodations, friendly staff and fresh breakfast/cappuchino to start the day! Was recommended to us by a friend who is an International Traveller and will pass this recommendation along to our friends and family!!!

We spent a few nights here pre cruise and felt that the hotel was overrated on TA. The hotel is very close to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona and an easy walk to Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. We stayed in the main building on the ground floor, next to the front desk and found this location to be...

Stayed here for one night, and had a room in a separate building to the main hotel. Room was clean and simple, with an older rustic feel. The location of the hotel is ideal, right off Campo Di Fiori and an easy walk to the Pantheon and lots of good restaurants. Room was quiet and overlooked a little square with...

Very central to all the sights which was why I chose it and the quirkiness of the building which was intriguing. The room was spacious and cool which was most welcome given the heat. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were lovely. The bed was too hard for our liking but a soak in the full bath tub was...

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Old Roma style spacious room that met our basic need for sleeping since we spent everyday out in Roma. The breakfast was a good jumpstart to our days. Appreciated the high sense of security in holding our key while we were out. Would return...

Like most places we stay, it is the tireless efforts of the people behind the counter that make the difference between good and great. And so it was here. While the annex room wasn't the best we have stayed in, it was 1500 years old so you need to make allowances for age. The breakfast was excellent and the location...

We stayed here in May so it was starting to approach peak periods but €200 a night for this place is a joke. We actually stayed in a separate building, we couldn't believe it when we were given a fist full of keys and directions to a flat around the corner! Sure the cellar may make the Americans swoon due...

What sold me on this hotel was the breakfast area in the ancient theater.....so cool!! I researched forever trying to find just the right hotel, and so glad I decided on this one. We didn't want a western type hotel, but one with a local feel in a good location and this one fit the bill. The location was excellent...

Great hotel, very clean, good selection at breakfast and the coffee was great. Location was perfect, most attractions within walking distance, maximum was 30 minutes walk to St. Peter's or you can take the tour bus which stops 5 minutes away. Campo di fiori is minutes away with a good selection of restaurants and bars and also a market which...
