To start off, sometimes you can't please everyone, as with the people who gave reviews lower than 5 stars. My mom and I decided to go to Rome together for 10 days and found this bed and breakfast. We are really easygoing travelers. We got to Rome around 11 o'clock and Mario, the owner, was willing to come and check...

Fantastic service from Mario and the other lady who I can't remember her name. Nothing was too much to ask, had trouble working out hair dryer and Mario sorted straight away. Changed towels every day and breakfast was everything we could have asked for! Near to trevi fountain and the restaurants are very nice and a lot cheaper around the...

We stayed with Mario from March 1 till March 4 and we had a wonderful time in Rome. The bed and breakfast is relatively close to different starting points of your visit to Rome. Nothing was too much and he was a very hospitable man. I would really recommend this place if you want to stay in Rome and stay...

I stayed here for a week in February and found it to be a perfect place from which to see the city of Rome. We were welcomed by Mario who gave us a map of the city and told us about transportation options to the major sites. He showed up each morning at breakfast and was very attentive to our...

It is located in 10 min walk distance from Termini and buses 60 and 62 led to Colosseum and Vatican. The area looked safe, (at least to me and my wife) and it is very close tosome good restaurants, gelaterias, pharmacies and stores that sells almost all stuff you will need as a tourist. Mario helped me to make an...

My wife and I stayed here in December and it was perfect. Mario was so friendly and helpful. We met at his other B&B first and he walked us round to this one, showing us some good restaurants on the way (carrying our luggage!) B&B was very clean, warm and modern and our room was big. Breakfast was in a...

Very well priced for Rome and I will try and book to stay here on future visits. Big thanks to Mario for his hospitality, you are the perfect host and we look forward to seeing you again 😄 Andrea...

Stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and had really good experience. Mario was the ultimate host and nothing was too much trouble, Rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. The area is very safe and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance as are all major attractions Rome has to offer! We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to...

Moved to another building slightly down the road. Still a city centre location. Nicely decorated property that was exactly what required. Mario very helpful at all points and seemed genuinely interested to talk to us. Would highly recommend.

The B&B is in a convenient and safe location, just off the Via XX Settembre, a ten minute walk from Roma Termini and two minutes from several bus stops. Many of the major attractions are within walking distance. There's also a lovely gelateria just round the corner (Gelateria Romana). The flat was clean and tidy, the continental breakfast was nice...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
