We've stayed only 1 night at the hotel but it was really impressive and flawless in any aspect! We've booked a double room and got a free upgrade to a Suite which was almost 3 times the price of the room category we initially booked! Outstanding friendliness and customer focus, with all kinds of recommendations and services that you can...

We stayed for a honeymoon week in September 2014. The hotel is well-suited to a walk-about holiday in Rome, being on a quiet side-street in an area with lots of restaurants and evening activities, without noise in the side-street itself. The reception and management staff couldn't be bettered, helpful, taking as much time as we needed to ask questions, giving...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The welcome was lovely and the staff were very accommodating . Meriem on reception was fantastic and very helpful. She booked an amazing fish restaurant for us for the first night. The views from the roof terrace are superb. Breakfast was very nice too! I would definitely stay there again and already...

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff. I booked two rooms for my family at this hotel and checked out yesterday. I travel 80% of the time for work and have been to many 5 star hotels across the world for work and on vacation. Rome was my last stop this summer after a month long vacation in France and...

We stumbled upon this hotel and are so glad we did. It is like staying in someone's very nice home! The greeting is wonderful, they invite you in and sit you on a couch, offer you coffee or water and then promptly check you in. We were in Room 101, a lovely mini suite with a hot tub on the...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend last month and had high expectations after reading the trip advisor reviews. We took the junior suite to splurge a bit and relax after attending some business meetings in Florence. How to get there: The first weird thing was that after arriving at Roma termini, when trying to book...

Dear Guest, Thank you sharing on Trip Advisor your perspective about your recent stay at The First Luxury Art Hotel Roma. We are sorry about the unfortunate episode with the taxi driver coming from the railway station. During the week of your stay, there were road construction works (with late notice) and eventually we had some of our guests being...

This hotel is awesome from the front doors to the room. The staff very helpful. Clean and definetly 5 star material. We opted for a suite with private jacuzzi and sunning area. Only problem was the room above us balcony doors overlooked our love nest, so that was awkward. We didn't care. Very quiet, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and the...

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable. Ask for a high floor. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Rome.
