Check-in was quick, room is spacious for two people with twin beds, bathroom is medium size, toiletries replenished everyday, beddings not frequent. Hotel is located in a residential neighbour hood, very quiet and about 25 minutes walk to the Vatican. They have prompt complimentary shuttle service at designated locations. If you prefer to take public transit it’s just around the corner. Hotel is a little farther from the Center but easy access to everything if you like walking...which is what we did. The food selection at breakfast buffet was limited, scrambled eggs was a hit and miss, either it’s watery, overcooked, or just right. All the pastries have sweet glaze on top which makes them tastes all the same. The waiting staff were not friendly and could use a little smile, no good morning or how are you, how’s your breakfast...nothing, not once they collect used platters from our table. If you’re in the mood for Pizza, pasta or chicken, minutes walk is a Pizza place, very good and price is reasonable, also other shops along the way. Hotel is good for the value.

The hotel itself is lovely the staff are friendly couldn’t do enough for you, free regular shuttle service to the Vatican and the city. However when you come out from the train station it’s the pits graffiti everywhere, dog mess and rubbish all over the streets absolutely disgusting it’s in a very hilly area so if your mobility isn’t good use the shuttle service plus with the mess on the streets and the pavements in disrepair it’s a real shame considering it’s only 10 minutes away from the main attractions

We stayed at this hotel just before Christmas and it was the first ever hotel we have stayed in in Rome. As the title says, it was in a quiet part of Rome, but just around the corner from the train and a few minutes walk from some restaurants and shops. The room was clean but nothing luxurious. The restaurant was very pretty with Christmas lights and decoration. The breakfast was a good choice, but the restaurant menu very limited. Service from the waiting staff was not friendly and one waitress in particular seemed to be very put out by any request, including one to take our order when we had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Location was the big drawcard for this hotel.

We have been staying at this smashing hotel over the New Year period and what a wonderful time we are having! We had a celebratory dinner at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and quite honestly, it could not have been better. The ages of our party are 9 to 80 and we all had a great time. The hotel itself is modern and stylish. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. The best asset of the hotel are it’s staff who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes by car from the centre, but they do have a free bootable shuttle service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome.
