The hotel itself was a little small with the kids, but clean and sufficient. They had an above ground swimming pool in their back yard which was very much like a person's family pool. My kids made good use of it and met other kids from around the world. The problem is that while it is a 20-25 minute walk...

My family and I stayed at this hotel for my parent’s Anniversary. My step father works in Afghanistan. When they prepaid for our shuttle to the airport on the last day of our trip, the shuttle driver was over 1 hour late without an explanation. When he finally did show up and my parents were in the lobby, first the...

We arrived for a four night stay. Got there late just as the restaurant/bar was closing. Was offered half a club sandwich at 9 euros and a heineken beer at 6 euros (outrageous). Room not too bad for the price but there was no room service. Wifi internet was said to be free but it kept cutting out and the...

We have not been away for six years and my husband booked this for our 5th Wedding/honeymoon as a suprise for me, so this was very special...

My husband booked this as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was just what we needed for this trip. A quiet room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really enjoyable and we were able to fill up for a days walking round Rome. The hotel is in a lovely residential area and we were able to get...

Set about 15-20 mins walk from the Vatican, the location is not too bad. The walk back is harder as it is mostly uphill. GHT provides a shuttle to the Vatican & The River, but this broke down and no further provision was made. Hotel is tired looking with worn carpets and old furnishings in the lobby. Rooms are in...

We booked this hotel one month in advance on the hotel's website & as such received a 30% discount. Because we were here on our honeymoon the hotel staff (which are unbelievably helpful) gave us a free upgrade to a superior suite (had a large balcony) and a beautiful plate of fresh fruit with a nice chilled bottle of champagne....
