Lovely experience our staying at Domus Quiritum B&B. Emiliano has welcomed us in this wonderful B&B showing to us the room, very clean, ample and bright, nicely decorated with clear attention to details (have a look at the photos hanging on the walls!) Rooms are comfortable, and you have all the services you might think of (from the hairdryer to...

My Fourth visit to the Domus and as welcoming as ever. On my arrival Lucilla made me a wonderful cappuccino while I caught up on all the news. As always the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and and a spacious bathroom ensuite. Breakfast in the mornings is abundant with a choice of yoghurts, bread, croissant and various tarts,...

Lucilla from Domus Quiritum goes out of her way to make sure all her guests feel at home. Our room was lovely, very well appointed and very clean. It was a pleasure to eat breakfast in the dining area and everything you could want was supplied. Even when we were leaving very early for a tour Lucilla made sure the...

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and feel incredibly lucky to have done so. The proprietors went out of their way to help us plan our days, recommend and arrange restaurant reservations, and keep us in good travel condition with a 24 hr supply of fruits and yogurt, delicious Italian style breakfasts, and super comfy beds. The...

We stayed for 7 nights at Domus Quiritum and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of domestic calm and relaxation it afforded. Our room was very comfortable, had a very pleasant view across the piazza and in the morning the sun would slant in through the window to invite us out into Rome. Lucilla was an exceptionally thoughtful hostess, assisted us in...

And I say home in every sense of the word! When my wife and I (just married) arrived in Rome we did not know what to expect from the B & B we had booked. All our doubts vanished when Lucilla greeted us at the door with a warm smile, telling us "welcome home". We were home indeed... Entering, we...

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were really lovely. The location is a short walk to Vatican City and Castel St Angelo. We also walked to the Colossuem which I recommend because there is so much to see along the way.

Had a 4-days-stay in Rome and selected B&B Domus Quiritum for this trip. It resulted to be a "best choice" for our requirements as a couple. We received a very warm welcome and were serviced outstandingly good being given lots of tips and recommendations. In our sense DQ is perfectly located in a quiet block but you reach Vatican as...

We stayed here for our last 2 days of our honeymoon. The rooms are situated a 10 minute walk from The Vatican and close to a bus route which takes you into Rome. The room was very nice and our hosts were extremely helpful, showing us where to go on a map and recommending places to eat.

The premises were recently renovated, clean and cosy. The room was spacious, even with an extra bed. Bed was probably best I have ever had in a hotel. Free wi-fi worked well. The breakfast was generous, traditional Italian/Roman style. Location was reasonable, close to Vatican, and almost walking distance to most attractions. The nearest metro station was just few blocks...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
