Everything was perfect. St John's Terrace was absolutely amazing beyond expectations. We arrived 22:00 at Rome from Ciampino Airport. We were recommended St John's Terrace by a friend - everything exceeded our expectations! All the staff could not have been more helpful. Giorgio and Felicia were so warm and welcoming from start to finish. When we arrived about 22:30 we greeted by Giorgio who spent some time with us planning our trip . And then Showed us to our room and recommend a place to eat this lovey little guesthouse has only five rooms on the 7th floor of an apartment block. our room had an ensuite the place is spotlessly clean very nice...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend for a birthday trip. Been to a number of European cities and this was the best hotel so far! Good location and the staff were very helpful even starting their day early to get us breakfast before we checked out.

Loved St. Johns Terrace. its the little touches that make everything great from the champagne to be given i summary of how to get around the city on arrival. Highly recommended! Really handy to get to and from the hotel with metro stations with in walking distance also with in walking distance to the Colosseum. Some great locally run restaurants...
