Hotel is in a great location, next to The Borghese Park and just off Via Venito. We stayed here with our two granddaughters. Used the Metro and the "Original" Hop-on Hop-off buses, also walked to many of the sites. Wonderful Zoo in Borghese Park. The breakfast was very nice, the staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again...

+ the location is great. Just opposite from the big park Borgese (we could see it from the window) and in the end of Via Veneto ( a great place for a sic drink). Breakfast was nice, tasteful coffee. - The bathroom was bigger than the room...(that was a bit odd). The room was rather dark and the reception stuff...

Rooms are nice and quiet, very comfortable beds, good linens while bathroom is clean. Rooftop deck is impressive; In the afternoon, great for drinks but tough to get a spot later. 15 minute walk to Spanish Steps, 25 minute walk to Trevi Fountain cab ride to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Metro is 1 block away but once in, a very...

We stayed for one night at the Hotel Victoria in Rome Italy before a cruise. What a clean, friendly hotel and best of all was the location. We arrived jet lagged and walked out the door for 3 hours and saw spectacular buildings, fountains and historical places, ending up in the Vatican. The hotel is on a quiet street near...

We stayed here with a large family group after a week in Tuscany. Location was great and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps and the Via Veneto. Rooms were large and easily accommodated our grandchildren with fold out single beds which proved to be more than comfortable. There was a lovely roof top...

Not a bad place. Quiet, centrally located. Staff was friendly, helpful. Hotel is older. Breakfast was ok. Bacon is not cooked, eggs were salty. But that's not why you go to Rome. Would do it again,or maybe look for a newer place?

Friendly front desk service, good housekeeping, laundry returned on time. Had a very nice room with a US sized king bed (two singles) facing old walls and Borghese villa park. Situated in a very nice neighborhood with local shops and restaurants as well as access to high end places. Easy walk to Spanish steps and metro stops. A bit of...

We stayed three nights on a girls trip to Italy at the Hotel Victoria. We had a large , corner, triple room facing the old wall and the Borghese gardens. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room and it was very nice with a large assortment of things including scrambled eggs. Coffee was great...

Booked this hotel for business as an alternative to a conference hotel around the corner - a quarter of the price and much smarter / cleaner / more friendly. Service great, room great, roof top terrace bar great - all great really! Would definately go back for a holiday as opposed to business.

We loved everything about this hotel: the great value, the well appointed room, the large bathroom, the view, the (delicious) rooftop restaurant, and especially the very kind staff. My husband asked if his trousers could be ironed: it was made within 5 minutes with great kindness. In the evening, the rooms are made, which is quite rare nowadays. The location...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
