Stayed in this lovely hotel with my partner for a mini break for my birthday. It is within walking distance to the Castro Pretorio metro station and has many bus links. The outside of this hotel is stunning, a long green carpet leading from the street to the front entrance of the hotel covered with a beautiful canopy covered in...

The hotel looks nice on the picture and not bad from outside, but once inside its a different story the guy who checked us in was miserable & unwelcoming, the room was dated and small, the bathroom was no better and the shower cubical once in was so small it was impossible to move around in it. The breakfast was...

We stayed here as the last part of our Italian trip. We arrived in to find a dark and dingy building. It got worse once inside. The staff were rude and abrupt! The room was small. The shower was a challenge to actually move in. The breakfast was appalling, cold scrambled egg, hard bread and preserves that had ran out...

Stayed here for a few day's with my family. Not exactly central, but walkable into the centre. Basic hotel, not brilliant but OK. A very temperamental toilet in the room ;-) Breakfast was hit and miss, if you like cold scramble egg you will love it. Probably would not stay there again.

Good and decent hotel at a nice location slightly away from the buzz. Walk able distance to policlinico metro station and few tram lines which will take you there. Very nice spread of breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall nice experience.

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, not far from train/bus station and with a supermarket nearby. Very nice rooms and lots of flowers in the courtyard. Great breakfast. Will definitely want to come back again.

Firstly, the staff was rude. I called in the evening because my shower kept flooding and they told me I would have to deal with it, there was nothing they can do for that night. The sheets and towels smelled funky and the room was very small. The wifi - when it worked - was slower than the other hotels...

This hotel was beautiful. It has so much foliage surrounding the place. Hard to spot at first because there is a walkway leading to the front door. The walkway is covered by a red canopy. The room was a good size. The bed was 2 twin beds pushed together but that didn't bother us by the time we got back...
