Very good hotel in an excellent location, steps away from the Metro station and a taxi stand, but you can walk anywhere in downtown Rome. Very friendly staff. They gave us an early check in since rooms were available. Breakfast was included; not the most abundant one, but quite good for European standards. Rooms are good, bathrooms a bit tight....

Beautiful 2 room suite (803/804) with high ceilings and hardwood floors, beautiful marble bathrooms, excellent wifi coverage, non-stop AC. The penthouse rooms in the adjacent building have full views of the Spanish Steps and are also on the Via Condotti, Rome's nicest shopping street. We also had access to a separate large living area and terrace shared with the other...

Definitely enjoyed the service and the breakfast that was complimentary was decent. the room itself was not very enjoyable with a lack of space, old-fashioned restroom fittings. the main problem with this hotel as even though the location is very convenient to the spanish steps it was at night it could get quite noisy and loud. would return 90%.

My family and I spent the last two nights of our trip to Italy at this wonderful hotel. It took us a few minutes to find the entrance, which I expected and added to the fun. It is directly across from the Spanish Steps and an easy walk to many attractions. There is no lobby here, you walk up a...

We stayed at the Inn at the Spanish Steps as part of our honeymoon trip and we had a lovely first impression, including the adventure of finding the hotel from the subway amidst fabulous luxury shopping, glasses of rose on their gorgeous terrace, and many super friendly, hospitable staff. Sadly, the room was average at best. The decor was outdated...

Ideal central location: we could walk anywhere. Temperature was perfect in mid-April and we enjoyed meals outside and days of sunshine. The Inn is not easy to get to due to pedestrianisation, so book a pickup - the hotel will meet your flight and have a bellboy waiting to whisk your luggage away from where you are dropped off (grade...

I went with my 18 year old daughter as a treat before she goes off to university. We had two excellent rooms, with fabulous views over Rome from the terrace. Of course the location is anyway ideal, with the Spanish Steps nearby. The service was always very friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for about 4 days I believe and it was amazing. There is a train pretty 100 yards away and everything else is in walking distance.
