Make sure you know where you are going our taxi took up 2 euros (based on time) trying to figure it out and he had to call them to find out where they were. It is far away from the city almost 20 mins and 35 euros later. You need to take the metro AND the bus to get to...

It's a lovely, modern hotel. The staff are fantastic, warm and very helpful. The location is the only downfall, requiring a bus and the metro system to get into the centre of Rome. Although this was daunting at first, with the staffs instructions we got the hang of it quickly. The breakfast is nice, especially the coffee which is fantastic....

We booked 2 rooms on 18 - 21 April. It was modern hotel more like a resort and value for money. We loved the rooms whichi were spacious and spotless. Beds were comfortable and the aromatic floral scent was relaxing. Nice to sleep after a day of sightseeing. We rented a car and travelling around was not an issue. Breakfast...

Great modern hotel! We have just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was faultless. Everyone was so accommodating and went out of their way to help. The room was spotless and had a great shower! Breakfast is a cold continental spread with a good choice of pastries and cakes, yogurts...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in May 2013. The staff was very friendly and spoke english very well. This was a huge help because this was my first time in Rome and I had MANY questions for them. We chose this particular hotel because it is not located in the center of Rome. We...

I stayed here for a week, and it was a nice stay. Its all in first floor and you have own door from the outside. I got the purple room, and it was cool and moderne decorated, the bed was little bit hard. And I didn't quite like that it was glass between bedroom and shower. No pool, but this...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. There was a (Italian Sky box with large TV, AC, lots of storage and a comfortable bed. Only strange thing is that the glass for the shower is not frosted or covered so you can look straight through to the person in...

Let's start with the biggest issue with this place: THE LOCATION IS NOWHERE NEAR THE CITY CENTER. There are prostitutes walking the streets in the immediate area at night and you are in a very dark side street in the middle of nowhere. It's a minimum $20 Euro ($30ish) ride to the closest rail station (Laurentina) which is nowhere near...

I am not really sure about this hotel. Though the room is nice and clean, the overall motel concept is not exactly practical. I mean, it is good to have your car parked right in front of your room but that also means a lot of noise from the parking lot. The location is not good. I knew from he...

In all the websites where is possible to book the hotel is very very clear where the hotel is located, and where you can find all the informations about the hotel. So honestly we do not undestand your complaint. We believe that your complaint is not at all helpful and honest. In any case try to accommodate all the guests...
