Room was tidy and clear and bit spacious. We have been allowed room with extra bed. Close to Rome termini and also bus terminal. Breakfast was just ok with limited variety. Couple of good options for food around.

It may be better than you expected. Termini Station is 2 min away and there are a lot of good things about this hotel. First the room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices from which to choose. Location is...More

+ 1.The location is convenient. Only 100 meters from Termini Station (actually from the spot that the shuttle bus from Chiampino drops you off). 2. Polite staff. - 1. Not very clean. 2. The room smelt very very much from smoke although it said no-smoking...More

We stayed in Spring so AC was not an issue. I have been to Rome in August and it was very hot.

The hotel is extremely safe but the area may appear a little dodgy late at night. Just be aware of your surroundings. We had absolute no problems and we're not concerned at any time.

It's got a much more sketchy vibe in that area in general, more because it's near the train station. General safety is probably fine, but be extra careful for theft.
