We stayed at Ranieri Hotel 4 nights. One of the main reason we chose this hotel was because we arrived in Rome after midnight and we wanted something in walking distance from the train station. Ranieri hotel is not where most hotels near the train station are but only in 10 min walking distance, in a central main road (via...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Location is ideal for reaching all the main attractions of Rome. Bus stop, metro and Termini railway station are in a walk distance. Our room was on 2nd floor, very clean and nice. Breakfast includes almost everything. Service staff is great, especially receptionists Ariana and Stefano :) We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed there for 2 nights and the experience was awesome. The hotel is very near to the termini as well as to most of the attractions. There are some very good restaurants and a super market at walking distance from the hotel. The service, staff and the food was awesome.

This hotel had everything. And everything worked. Not luxury but exceeded three stars' expectations. A good location near Termini railway station. A good variety of restaurants nearby (Via Flavia). Easy to walk to the sights. Our room was big enough. And as I said, all that we needed was OK, at least. A good wifi. Breakfast was better than expected.

Great property with very friendly staff; really worth it for a visit in Rome. We have stayed there for a city trip and it is very nice; rooms are very clean and offer more than expected for a 3* Hotel. Only problem is that from bathroom; we could hear everything from room next to us.

We booked a double room for myself and my wife through Expedia travel portal. We learnt that the hotel has an international airport pickup facility for 55 Euros. We were received at the airport and the two of us were ferried to the hotel in a large van by a very well mannered driver. The reception area is a small space...

Good quiet location in walking distance from the heart of the city. Good size room and very clean. Pizzeria and convenience store right next door (good pizza). We stayed for 1 night but would be a good base for a few nights.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our Italian holiday for three nights. There was a slight problem with our reservation when we arrived due to a mistaken date (not their fault). This was dealt with very quickly and we ended up upgraded to a first class room. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The hotel is within easy walking...

The hotel provides a comfortable stay out of the way of the touristy areas of Rome but close enough so that they are easily accessible. The rooms are clean and have all you need as a relaxing space for seeing the city. Staff were friendly and there are good local restaurants near by. Breakfast cost 10 euros per person per...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
