Lovely, quirky small hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff ever found. Breakfast was brilliant with choices for all nationalities. The whole place was so different than the norm and that's what made it so enjoyable. The beautiful gardens are really well lit at...More
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great base for our holiday in Rome. The staff were incredibly helpful and rang to sort our shuttle to the airport, gave us advice and were generally very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

You can take the metro from the airport to Termini, wich is very easy, you get in the automatic machines your ticket. You have two trains, one direct or the other you have to change, a little longer and cheaper. At Termini you can walk to the hotel, it takes 10min, you can cross the park Vitorio Emanuele, nice square. Big bags? Take the nice tramway, but for that you need to get your urban transport at the termini station first.
Continental breakfast with choice, fruits, lot of breads and cereals, hot options. One of the best i ever had, actually.
