Stayed here for 3 nights and booked after reading good reviews on Trip Advisor. It was in a good location and fairly central. The reception staff were very welcoming and efficient and all the other staff we met during the stay were friendly and polite so no problems with that at all. We had a twin room (room 203). It...

Excellent location! Rooms decent, but bathrooms small and not much room to move around. People were nice and helpful. The air conditioning did not work correctly and did have it check and they said it was working fine, but it wasn't and they said there was nothing more they could do. But it was cooler in the lobby than in...

Dear Client, We regret for the words of your comment. Our De Luxe room are large and comfortable, they all offer a beautiful view over Santa Maria Maggiore. Rooms with shower have curtains, rooms with bathtub have a screen to avoid to wet the floor during shower. On the breakfast buffet there is a large selection of delicious and always...

The courtyard was refreshing and cool on hot days.1 small lift only went to level 1..closest to reception. Note... reception staff do not alert you about this and can be confusing when staying above level 1 hence...

The hotel is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to the train station. This may be a task with lots of luggage but if you are up for it, it's about a 10 min walk or less. The church right across the street is beautiful and if you walk further down restaurants are all around you. A perk...
