Location fantastic, but room allocated on arrival disgusting. Sofa bed to sleep on with a very thin mattress very uncomfortable, complained to British airways and received no response from them or the hotel, night safe in room didn’t work told hotel was safe to leave...More
The rooms were very clean and the staff incredibly friendly and super helpful! We had a problem with the shower head (going everywhere but straight down) it was replaced and fixed before we realised.
