Stayed here last summer - myself and boyfriend booked through BA and paid £129 x 3 nights room only (that price inc flights from London) The hotel was very basic and quite dated but didn't expect alot for the price we paid and we hardly spent anytime there anywhere. The staff were very very friendly and helped us if we...

We spent 4 days in Rome. Stayed at the Hotel De Petris. It is located very central in Rome, only 4 minutes walk from Fontana deTrevi. 15- 20 minutes walk form Termini(cental train station). We had an excellent room. Breakfast was served at the terrace at top with a great view over Rome. The prices for the room was very...

My best friend and I have spent a week end in Rom to celebrate his birthday. As we arrived, the receptionist was not very friendly and didn't make any comment on his my friend's birthday. She was not unpolite but was not smiling at all. As we came earlier than 2pm she however gave us the possibility to store our...

The hotel is in a perfect location really close to "Fontana di Trevi". Also other important spots of the city (the pantheon, spanish steps....) are real close. There is also a subway station within five minutes of walking. The breakfast was delicious and variies from day to day. You can also enjoy a real nice city-view from the breakfast location...

Dear Guest, Your review sounds so strange. Rooms across the street are all renovated rooms and the special keys allow a high security for our guests. It is quite easy to turn on lights as you you only have to put the key insiet the box in the room (as it happens for the most of Hotels). In any case,...

five minutes from the metro at ,Barberini, so was easy to find. At reception we was able to communicate well. The room was large with its own bathroom, no tea making facilities but it did have a stocked fridge ,at your on risk, not free. As we were room only I am unable to comment on the food front. Nearby...

Fifth stay at this hotel. In a great position for visiting most places and close to Barberini metro station. Had a great room, breakfast good. Staff friendly particularly Peter who was always receptive and good for a chat. Be back in 2018 hopefully.

Myself and my boyfriend (both early 20's) stayed here for 4 nights in January. Before going I had read online to request a "newer room" so I sent an email asking for that. When we arrived we didn't get a newer room but the room we did get was just a slightly more dated version with an older style bathroom....

Dear guest, We are sorry for your comment. Especially because you said you did not ask to change room because it was ok for you but from all the things you wrote it does not seem you were very happy with it. Concerning the noisy neighbours we could not do a lot about it, but for the rest we would...

Just returned from a stay at Hotel De Petris with my partner. We both agree we would stay here again if we visit Rome however we wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends. It's location is ideal and we were able to walk to every main attraction so it is very convenient for travellers looking for a base from which to...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
