The service was perfect for my visit, every morning I was able to enjoy an espresso and a pastry for breakfast among other goodies. It was walking distance to my daughter's school, Lepanto train station, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and many other attractions. A very safe area, perfect location. The room was clean and very peaceful. I felt comfortable.

My wife & I stayed at Domus Prati last week, and I must say we enjoyed our 3-nights stay there, as it's prefectly located for a walking exploration of downtown Rome. Vatican City is indeed 10 mn away by foot, and we actually didn't even need to use the subway to discover Rome. Maybe, and to make your next visitors...

Viktoria Romashko is owner and proprietor of Domus Prati. She is wonderful and a very helpful host. The room, setting and all amenities were exceptional! The B&B is centrally located and near very many site seeing destinations...including the inviting restaurant, Settembrini, just one around-the-block walk from Domus Prati. Next trip to Rome, will definitely stay at this lovely B&B!

Monica, Antonio and Lavinia were very kind and helpfull every time I asked for advice and good places to go. The bedroom was cleaned up every day and was very well furnished (private bathroom, TV, fridge). The B&B is well located, next to Vatican, shops, restaurants, backeries, supermarket and very close to the bus stop (50m) and the subway station...

Conveniently situated to get where you're going either by metro or walking along the banks of the river - , Domus Prati is an apartment divided into several self service bedrooms (each with on-suite bathroom, table and chairs, fridge, tv, wifi etc) with a communal kitchenette for coffee, cereal, toast etc. This is a family business and everything is kept...

The room was always clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was okay. Cleaners were always there quite early in the morning and would sometimes be noisy, but were friendly. Lots of little snacks were provided for breakfast that we used throughout the day and there was a fridge in the room which we could keep our own food in so...

For this location in Rome it is great price. You are 3-4 min from metro and a long walk (40min) from Vatican. Place clean, and space. Bathroom also clean, but the first person in the shower should economy hot water for the second one (or take shower together ;) ). Breakfast rather symbolic, in form of jam, yogurt and few...

A small clean and comfortable B and B. Fridge in room air conditioning, Lavazza coffee. But the true find is the proprietor-Lavinia. Brilliant and so helpful. We had arranged for her to pick us up-but a computer failure meant we were 5 hours late. Lavinia was there to pick us up at 11:30 pm. A great area as well 15...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
