    I am sorry about the delay in responding. I just noticed this question now. No, there are no lifts in the main hotel. I do not think this would be a convenient hotel for your grandparents.

    The hotel can arrange to have a car service pick you up at the airport. That is what I did. I think the cost was 60 Euro that had to be paid in cash. It was well worth it to not have to worry about transferring trains or... More

    Apologies for not getting back you. I have not checked for many months. Yes they do have ironing facilities. Unusual for Europe.
