For the high room cost for a 3 star we would have thought there would be more variety at breakfast . The garden is not quite what we were expecting as it's too far to take your breakfast/ drinks outside. The bar is just the...More
This is truly wonderful hotel.....I can safely say it is our absolute favourite on any of our travels in Europe. It's spotlessly and gleamingly clean and very close to the shopping and cultural amenities in Rome. The staff are so genuinely friendly, that we feel...More
Stayed here for three nights in August, also stayed in three rooms over the course of the weekend as we asked to be moved due to the paper thin walls on 5th floor.

We stayed 3 nights here recently and we had a wonderful experience. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the service during our stay was great. No language problems as we only speak a few words in Italian, but everyone we spoke with spoke English...More

Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural
storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
