Very nice (small) hotel located very close to the Spanish Steps. The manager/owner was very helpful recommending restaurants and sites close to the hotel. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean - they included: a/c, TV, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, clean - oh and a hair dryer! We were only there one night but compared to where we had stayed...

This hotel is in a really good location. the resturant 34 right across the street makes great pizza, but a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep. The room was spacious, but the carpet was filthy and needs a serous steam clean or to be replaced. I was afraid to walk on it without shoes. Do not go for...

Well I have to say I had no great expectations for this hotel, but oh how wrong I was!! I travelled to Rome at very short notice (mid-September - less than 5 days notice..!!) with a VERY tight corporate budget and horror stories from colleagues about cheap(er) Rome hotels.... But Hotel Piazza di Spagna actually met the criteria (I paid...

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Piazza di Spagna during our first visit to Rome last June. Therefore, it was a "no-brainer" that for our trip this July, we would stay no place else!. The location could not be more convenient; the staff in the hotel from the front desk to the very nice man in charge of breakfast...

Location is excellent. Staff very friendly, everytime in good mood, ready to help, no matter which one of them. Rooms are smaller, like everywhere in Rome, but for ***hotel are spacious enough! Air conditioned without any limits. Breakfast is average, more choices would be nice. No vegetables at all, but this is in Italy normal... So... I can really recommend...

We stayed at Hotel Piazza di Spagna for two nights in June 2013. It is a great hotel in a great location, right around the corner from the Spanish Steps, near the metro stop, and the location made it easy for us to walk to all of the big sights in Rome (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Colisseum). Everyone at the front...

Hotel most conveniently located, room size ok, wifi good, breakfast reasonable, and staff friendly. But finishing and maintenance far below value. No hangers for pants and only odd collection of miscellaneous shapes n sizes of hangers. Window curtain cannot be drawn tight to shut off morning sunlight. Shower cubicle has no soap container hence nowhere to place soap or shampoo...

Dear Sir, The staff wish to thank you for your kind words and regret that you did not complain about the courtain so they could have informed you that our windows has got shutters. After your departure the soap container was installed; I am sorry, but unfortunately the handyman was not available during the three days of your stay.

For an experience of the Italy we Americans see in the movies, this is the place. It's a lovely little vine covered hotel set on a cobblestone backstreet near the heart of everything trendy and near the famed, Spanish Steps." Our room overlooked the street. We looked over the tables set outside the restaurants that line the street. The little...
