Not really a 4 star by international standards. The rooms are quite small and there are no public rooms apart from a breakfast area. However, it is a great base for touring Rome if you are just looking for a reasonably priced comfortable room with...More

The hotel has pleased us with its location near the Termini Station and all attractions. The hotel is very small, really small number, but everything worked properly, everything was clean. The rooms are nice. We walked all the time, so little room for the night...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

It's 1 minute away from termini station where you would be able to take the metro to the Vatican, it's definitely not walking distance. As far other attractions, maybe a 30 or 40 minute walk to the coliseum and possibly a 25 minute walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain if you're walking fast.
