Yea I agree with other people that the rooms are very very small, but the location of the hotel is ideal in the sense that you will be in the center of the city and very near to historic place like colosseum, trvi fountain, etc....More
The room was really small, we've never seen such a tiny room before. Though they tried to decorate it in old italian style with gold colour and mirrors:)

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Hi, I'm not sure if there is parking facilities as we got the tram from the airport, so might be worth contacting the hotel but it is very close to the main road. It is only one road behind the main road. Hope that helps

It's 1 minute away from termini station where you would be able to take the metro to the Vatican, it's definitely not walking distance. As far other attractions, maybe a 30 or 40 minute walk to the coliseum and possibly a 25 minute walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain if you're walking fast.
