Our room had a hair-dryer. I'm pretty sure they all have hair-dryers though. Tax, well you pay that wherever you stay in Rome. 6 Euros per person per night I'm afraid standard.

Yes many options,including one restaurant/bar attached to the hotel!We really enjoyed a place opposite the hotel which had an upstairs room-very authentic,cosy with great staff!Enjoy your trip 🙂
