The hotel was an excellent choice. Quiet, very clean, in great location -you could walk to almost all touristique attractions- about 200m from the Barberini metro stop, 20m from Via Veneto, so close to Spanish steps, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese. The breakfast was very...More
The hotel was a very nice surprise, by that i mean first of all its location- a few minutes from Fontana di Trevi, walking distance from other major touristique sites in center of Rome; after that, the personel was top rate, and not to be...More
Surprisingly nice boutique hotel for the price. Great location for exploring parts of Rome on foot, plus close to a metro stop for getting to the farther-flung areas (and for easy arrival from the train station).
The hotel was exactly what we expected to find based on the reviews!!
The service was excellent, staff was very professional, food was great.
The location is excellent, just minutes from Piazza di Spania and Capuccin Crypt.

This little hotel on a narrow Rome sidestreet is just a minute's walk from Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini, so it's near the Metro, the Spanish Steps, the Villa Borghesi. It's clean, well-run, offers an adequate breakfast. Our room didn't really have a window; elaborate...More
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural
storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.

I don't know if they have any rooms specifically for wheelchairs. We were on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. The elevator is European style, small. I believe there was carpeted hallways. Our room, you would be able to access easily in a wheelchair. It had a large bathroom, but no step in shower. You actually had to step high into a tub. Hope that helps.
