We stayed here for 3 nights...Very clean ...staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient for trevi and Spanish steps we walked to colusseum took about half an hour with stoppin for coffee. We also walked to Vatican took an hour. All I would say is take comfortable shoes.

We stayed here for 4 nights, everything was perfect. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and clean, the stuff are very nice and helpful. The roof on the top is cosy. If I have to say one negative thing: Unfortunately the hairdryer was useless. But all in all very good place.

We stopped here for 3 nights in March as a belated wedding anniversary treat. It ticked all the relevant boxes - convenient for some of the sights and hop on hop off buses and metro station. We arrived on Friday evening and within a few minutes were ensconced in our room after a quick and easy check in. The room...

We reserved this hotel as it was exactly in the heart of the city. We expected that the rooms would be a little larger, but finally it was more than ok. As after 9-10 walking daily we needed nothing more than a clean and warm bath and a comfortable bed!! And we had it!! Now, about the breakfast. It was...

A lovely hotel in the heart of the town centre and well within walking distance of the main attractions. Hotel itself is quite small and the only refreshments are on the 6th floor but there is an elevator, staff are very helpfull and the place is very clean and tidy, housekeeping are well up to standard.

We stayed here in Feburary, on a wowcher deal to watch Wales play Italy.. We booked a budget room and then found my partner couldn't get into the shower, we were upgraded with no problem... The bed was very comfortable, we had separate toilet with bidet and a very nice shower, which included a hair dryer... The room was clean...

We have just stay here for 4 nights. It's a basic place to stay but we found it very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. There's no kettle in room but you can go up to the 6th floor and make drinks there. We would recommend this hotel on price cleanliness, location, and staff. Breakfast was...

Quaint and old-fashioned hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood of Rome. Not luxury, but not too basic either. We found it easy to get here from the airport, just 2 stops from Termini station. It's very close to the metro stop Barberini, and it was really worth being close to a metro station as this meant it was easy to get...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
