This gem of a hotel is very well situated for exploring Rome. Our room looked out over the via del Corso. Room was bijoux but very comfortable (202). We ate in the Jupiter restaurant with 20% discount on the food which was lovely with good wine selection. Lots of

Just back from Rome. We stayed at the Hotel Mozart for three nights. Everyone was very gracious, from some of the reviews I’ve read I wasn’t expecting much in way of customer service. I thought quite the opposite. The room was small but there is no need for a large room when

Hi, We arrived at the train station and were refused by a taxi driver because it was too close. But from Hotel Mozart they arranged a limo for a few bucks more than a taxi to take us to the airport. It ended up being a large van so you could split it with others if you had the chance. If you contact the Hotel prior to arrival they will probably be able to help you.

When you ask this, they will say yes but it is more like a dry cleaning service. The charge was 3 Euros per item. My daughter just finished study abroad and needed a handful of item washed. We chose to go to a laundromat. We googled it and 2 came up. The one right near the hotel was not a laundromat but a dry cleaning the other was and worked out great. If was about a 12 minutes walk from the hotel and plenty of cafes or pubs to enjoy ... during the “spin cycle”! HA!

Hi Debbie! We had a van service pre-arranged and that was part of out tour "package". From what I recall, it was a 35 minute drive +/- .... we were excited and chatting quite a bit and time did not really matter. On the suitcase question, the hotel was awesome. Now, I do not know if this is their standard customer service or if it was because of our tour guides, but it was great. We arrived before we could check in, and left behind all our bags (MY WORK LAPTOP INCLUDED - A STRESSER FOR ME) and we had zero issues. They were in our rooms when we returned. The day of departure as we headed to Tuscany, we had 3 hours to walk around Rome and "Same thing" ..... they took the bags until we returned - no hassle at all. So, not sure if that is S.O.P. or due to our guides but, if you need a guide, check out my review on LovingItaly .... Scot and Rina were fabulous. I do not know if the customer service was their influence or not, but the folks at The Mozart were great. Hope this helps! Bob

Hi, i can't confirm 100%, but i remember that we didn't take the picture of all the suite, but from points we liked. We were a couple, so we didn't pay attention to the tween beds. Sorry. The suite we got, left us with a real wish to visit Mozart hotel again.
