It is a little strange B&B, because you get breakfast on the other side of the road in a coffe bar. People are friendly, but for breakfast you can get only coffe, juice and one croissant. A place is not to easy to find, because rooms are on third floor in normal building without any special marks on it. We...

The owner came to pick us up at the airport and gave us lots of info about the city on the way. The room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day. A bottle of wine awaited in the room. Complementary slippers - came in handy - bottles of mineral water every day, juice in the fridge, crisp white towels....

I arrived there around 12:00 pm, and wandered for 30 min till i was able to find the entrance. And when i did find it, i waited for one hour till the owner should up. In addition, the room was upstairs and the stairs were too narrow to take my luggage so i had to keep it down stairs (which...

This was our first trip to Italy and we picked this place based on reviews and price, and needles to say but this B&B is great! Location is perfect right in the heart of Rome, price is reasonable, costumer service over the top - the owner, Dennis (not sure if that's how you spell his name) -is amazing, great costumer...

Pleasant stay. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Walking distance to the Vatican. Had a champagne and biscuits platter waiting for us to celebrate our Anniversary. Helpful with our transportation issues. Bus stop across the street. Enjoyed our "American coffee " and pastries across the street included in our room rate.

it was difficult to locate after a long days travelling. I was expecting a hotel with a reception. But its really just a very small hotel in an appartment block. We phoned Denis on arrival and had to wait 20 minutes for him to get to us. He's a nice guy and very helpful and our hotel room was spotless...

This Hotel does not have reliable Wifi, they advertise it, but 2 out of the 4 nights I stayed there, there was no Wifi and when I called the hotel rep she said, "I will be in at 10am", so needless to say my data bill will be insane because I had to use my data. There were not irons...

The owners are cordial and the room was clean (after waiting in the hall for it to be cleaned even though we checked in after 2pm). The rooms are advertised as having WIFI, it is a main component of their advertising but it works for about 30 minutes at a time or is completely shutoff. The owners know this and...

My family stayed here for 3 night's. Denise was there to receive us at the doorstep even though it was midnight. He took the trouble to explain the ways of commuting and ideas of sightseeing. Noemi also was very friendly and adjusting. H@R is walking distance to Vatican. Going to the others parts of Rome is not very difficult with...
