Size of room. Highly recommend this place, if you do stay there though, it is worth getting the owners to organise a transfer. It is a bit tricky to find if you don't have the likes of Google Maps.

I would check with Relais Sistina first to see if they will make themselves available to let you in that late. They do not man the desk 24/7. Then I would use airport taxi and book in advance.
