I booked a very small room (it was stated in the booking information that it would be small) with a private bathroom for a very reasonable price. I just wanted somewhere to shower, sleep, and store my stuff for a couple of days - preferably near Termini. It was a bit of a walk from Termini but it was certainly... More

This is not truly a 3 star hotel. The rooms are creepy and the staff is so rude. The staff from the hotel must be the ones writing good reviews on this nightmare hotel. The rooms are so tiny and poor lighting. I stayed at other 3 star hotels in Rome and it was a delight to stay at those... More

My husband and I spend three days here. It is a small family hotel. We enjoyed meeting the family and enjoying their accommodations. Our room was perfect for us. The rooms are clean, and the breakfasts continental. There is is air conditioning which was wonderful as the weather was hot...even for June. There is also a mini bar. We enjoyed... More

Stayed here quiet a while ago (2013 july) with my partner. The building from outside looks old and dated however our room was nicely decorated and spacious. Reception staff was not too helpful and wifi could have been free. Hotel has great location, all in all we enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean and the location was amazing. Desk people were unfriendly and had a constant attitude, and seemed annoyed with us. The wifi was terrible and spotty. The mini fridge wasn't working and when we told them, they said they knew already. The power flickered constantly. Very small rooms, different than the photos. We asked for a cab... More

Good morning Mr Matthew, I start with the fact that she had taken a taxi for 03:00 am, then at 23.30 asked us to change our reservation at 07:00 am and so it was done, I hope you remember that rose on the taxi booked by us. I, as the director, are in the hotel from 08:00 am to 18:00... More

This is not a hotel, it is a floor with some rooms located on 2nd floor. Rooms are closet type, smelly, dirty and dark. Staff is rude and breakfast area is a joke. It was the worst experience , I had in Rome.

Dear customer, She probably stayed in another hotel, in any case, the next time we recommend to book a 4-star or higher (of course at much higher), we as Hotel 3 STARS offer many services and our staff is really friendly even for those who do not reciprocate a friendly atmosphere. Greetings from all the WONDERFUL staff of Hotel Invictus... More

If I hadn't read on trip advisor I would not of known the hotel is based on the 2nd floor (turn right and you will see the stairs by the old metal lift) the hotel is clean and the staff are very polite and courteous. The location is perfect - walking distance to all attractions and if you don't want... More

Excellent small hotel in the financial district of Rome. Rooms small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast room a bit small. Love the old fashioned lift. Good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of resteraunts in the area and central for most attractions

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
