We visited Rome on a weekend in February and I could not wish for a better experience. residents Canali has more of Bed&Breakfast feel to it than a traditional hotel. It's hidden on a tiny street with a million of wonderful restaurants, cafes and stores. Vatican, Pantheon, Coliseum and a tons of other attractions are just a short walk away...

Positive awesome! Staff is so warm and gracious, treating me like family! Room was small, but very clean and rate was very fair! Very close to Piazza Novana which was very convenient! Staff recommended restaurants where Romans visit vs tourists. I would stay there again!

My boyfriend and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at this hotel. We arrived much earlier than our scheduled check-in, so the staff offered to hold our bags and give us complementary breakfast to help pass some of the morning. Then they provided us with maps and personal recommendations for the surrounding area. We stayed in...

My husband and I took our 14-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son to Rome and the Amalfi Coast during their school mid-term break in Oct. Although my husband and I had been to Rome a couple of times before, it was our children's first trip to Europe. I had no doubt that they'd love Italy and I wanted to make their...

We recently stayed here for four nights. The residenza is in a pedestrian zone and very quiet through the night. It is walking distance to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The district has lots of character and artisan shops. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate and the breakfast was more than...

It was absolutely incredible. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I talked to them every morning for at least an hour. They were always willing to help and recommend places to go. Besides the staff, the place is in a beautiful location and is a beautiful hotel. The room I was in had a private balcony that was fantastic....

Location: The hotel is centrally located near the Piazza de Novona within walking distance of lots of shops and eateries, though certainly a tourist area. Finding it is very difficult as you have to walk down a dimly lit alleyway and the place is poorly marked, which I hate to admit, but that is part of the charm. The staff...

Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Wonderful staff who had breakfast for us from our early arrival while we waited for our room to be prepared. Comfortable rooms, quiet location in a pedestrian zone in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites from the Roman Forum to Vatican City to the Spanish steps. Also...

My wife and I spent three nights here in October 2016. The hotel is very charming and is the perfect location, just two short blocks from Piazza Navona. A busy intersection nearby had plenty of taxis, but most places are walkable. Please be aware there is no elevator, but that didn't bother us, despite being on the top (4th) floor....

An historic but nicely updated family-run hotel in a charming section of Rome. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Travelers with mobility issues should know there is no elevator and no public transportation (bus/metro) nearby but plenty of taxis.
