Extremely good value. Good sized room, nice breakfast, lovely hosts. Old- fashioned elevator. Inner and outer doors. Couple of minutes to the Republica stop on the Metro. About same to Termini. 2 minutes to via Nazionale. Well located.

Found this great B&B on Booking.com just a 10 minute walk from Termini and within 20 mins of main tourist sites. From the moment we booked Beatrice could not have been more helpful answering questions we had very promptly by email. Entrance to the hotel is via one of those big doors you see on the streets of Rome and...

It's just 10mins walk from the Roma Termini station. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very clean and tidy with a functional bathroom. The locality is very good. It's just walking distance from Santa Maria Maggiore. There are good eateries near to the hotel and carrefour express is just across the street if anyone wishes to buy anything. The...

Edgar was super helpful with recommendations and accommodating our arrival, the room was beautiful and breakfast was not sparse at all. The room was great, bathroom had some issues with the shower but with the savings compared to hotels around it - it was no problem to look beyond that small inconvenience

We stayed for 3 nights in this small B&B "Hotel de charme" and ist was really awesome - and not expensive at all. Charming, with all facilities you need, perfectly situated in the centre of Rome (near to all important attractions), Our host Edgard was just fantastic, he was very helpful for each question we had. We had the "Orange...

Stayed with my friend for 4 nights in May 2016. Overall, excellent stay and would recommend again to others and stay here again when in Rome. Pros: 1. Prompt and clear communication leading up to stay. 2. Quiet street. Close to termini. Lots of shops near by for water, pharmacy. Great location overall. 3. Safe building with good lift up...

It's small, only 5 rooms, so staff is there only in morning. After that, you're on your own. Good wifi, but beds hard a rocks. Staff said there were "orthopedic", but I'd say just hard. Breakfast just OK. Good neighborhood, and they do give good suggestions for restaurants. A little weird going into a building and taking a 100 year...

66 Imperial Inn is a very nice little hotel conveniently located next to the Termini station in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, staff is very friendly and breakfast is fairly decent.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
