What a treat! It was our first trip to Rome and we decided on a hotel that would keep us fairly close to the city to keep costs down a bit. We made our way to the hotel via the metro station Flaminio - google...More
Beautiful old villa in quiet area. Very nice and kind personal. Special Hi for Luigi! Comfortable and clean room, good bad, big bathroom, tasty breakfast, especially cappuccino. Near the hotel a taxi stop and tram. It was wonderful to walk in the evenings all a...More
Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with access to public transport. Staff very helpful. Room quite clean and the bed is comfortable. Simple breakfast but quite nice. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a reasonably priced but good hotel.

Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and
riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
