When I booked this location had 4 stars, so I had higher expectations going in to my trip. First of all, you have to be buzzed in every time you return to the hotel. Second, the "breakfast" is glorified fruit and packaged snacks. The "minibar"...More
The hotel had a nice location, I walked with my bag from termini and didn't have any problem while walking, it's only a 5 minutes walk from there, the only thing is that it doesn't have an elevator, and I had to go up with...More
Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel needs a bit of a revamp as the carpets and fittings are very worn. Rooms are comfortable and tidy and it's close to the main train station as well as others so it worked well for us....More
Great location, just a short walk from the railway station and ideally placed to explore the City on a budget.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
