I'm a little behind in my review! I stayed at this great little hotel the fist week and a half in November as a solo woman traveler, first time in Rome. I loved it! The guys that staffed the front desk (I saw all of them over my 9 day stay!) were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and helpful. Grazie Signori! The...

First of all let me say that this hotel is very near to all the famous attractions, train stations and the shopping streets. The room is very classic and our room even has a balcony. Besides being a great hotel and all one of the receptionist was very inconsiderate. I booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single...

Great location right next to the roman forum and just round the corner from the Colosseum. 5 minute walk from the metro however we explored most the city on foot and walked miles. Plenty of restaurants in the area that are quite reasonably priced too given the prime location. We did however struggle to find it as the map indicated...

We stayed in Rome for three nights and found this place awesome! We arrived at night and it was much smaller than we expected from the exterior, it blends right in to the surrounding landscape but the room was big enough for everything we needed. We were extremely close to the Colosseum and there are some great restaurants right outside...

We were looking for a hotel away from Termini. We found this hotel and thought the location was good for our first time in Rome. When we got there, the location was much better than we expected! Within a walking distance of the Colosseum. Staff was super friendly, location unbeatable, and a beautiful view from our room. Recommended it to...

It's a very cozy, clean and nice hotel just to pass through at Rome. It is placed near by the coliseum and a metro station that make easy the transportation, specially for a foreigner. The services is very nice even though is a small hotel without social areas. But this is not a problem because right net to the hotel...

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and the location couldn't have been better for seeing the Colosseum and ruins, which was especially helpful as my mother doesn't get around too well. It was easy to bounce across the street to the ruins or down a couple of blocks to the Colosseum. The rooms were clean...

I booked a surprise weekend to Rome for my girl friends birthday, and as I read from the other reviews this place boasted a great location in terms of being close to all the sights and walking distance to the Colosseum.... I went for the room with the balcony and it did not disappoint view was amazing we had a...

The last night of our holiday was spent at Hotel Romano. We were early but they accepted us and we checked in quickly and smoothly. Shown to our room we found it to be small but clean and recently redecorated. A partial view of the ruins from our window, very near to the Forum, Capitoline and other must see locations...

Wow what an incredible location and welcoming staff! Hotel Romano is positioned perfectly on a corner across from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and the Victor Emmanuel monument. We are big walkers, and we found that it was walkable to get to the Spanish Steps, many great Piazzas like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and more. One of our...
